They are collected from various experts.

    Hello BB, can you suggest an options strategy designed for 3-10 day directional moves in an index (RUT, SPX, etc)?

      Depending on whether your bullish or bearish, you can take a vertical like a call spread or put spread. if you are absolutely certain, them a simple call or put may be useful.
